Graduated from Upper Iowa University in 1881. Farming and banking at Bathgate, North Dakota 1882-1889 then mining in Montana 1890-1893. Graduated from University of Michigan Law School in 1894. Moved to Seattle, Washington in 1894-1905 and worked as lawyer.
Charles Lucius Parker died on February 7, 1924, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 64.
